Negative Erfahrung: Ich habe Furnestate wegen eines WG-Zimmers kontaktiert. Frau Giannina Sedler hat mir einen Besichtigungstermin für 18 Uhr gegeben und mir zugesagt, dass ich ca. 4 Stunden vorher eine E-Mail mit allen Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe etc. erhalten würde. Diese E-Mail kam nie an. Ich habe sogar bereits um 17 Uhr selbst per Mail nachgefragt – leider bekam ich keinerlei Rückmeldung. Ich habe bis 19 Uhr gewartet, aber nichts gehört und keine Besichtigung machen können. Das ist für mich absolut unprofessionell. Keine Kommunikation, keine Verlässlichkeit. Schade, denn so verliert man als Interessent nicht nur Zeit, sondern auch Vertrauen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe kürzlich eine Immobilie der Furnestate GmbH besichtigt und war rundum zufrieden mit dem Service. Besonders praktisch fand ich die Möglichkeit, die Besichtigung flexibel außerhalb der üblichen Geschäftszeiten durchführen zu können – ganz unkompliziert per Einmalcode am Eingang. So konnte ich mir in Ruhe und ganz ohne Zeitdruck ein eigenes Bild von der Immobilie machen. Auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos: Fragen konnten schnell und unkompliziert über den WhatsApp-Support geklärt werden. Insgesamt ein sehr professioneller und durchdachter Service – ideal für Berufstätige!

Negative Erfahrung: Die Wohnung war bei Einzug nicht fertig: Es fehlten Pfannen, Teller, Besteck, und es gab kein funktionierendes Internet – in meinem Zimmer hatte ich überhaupt kein Signal. Die Zimmergröße war kleiner als versprochen, genaue Angaben wurden vermieden oder patzig abgetan. In einer 5er-WG gab es im Wohnzimmer gerade mal 4 Stühle – als wir das gemeldet haben, war das der Agentur komplett egal. Der Geschäftsführer war unfreundlich und reagierte nur, wenn er selbst etwas wollte. Giannina war die einzige Person, die freundlich war und zuverlässig geantwortet hat. Am schlimmsten war der Auszug: Wie allen anderen Mietern auch wurde mir ein pauschaler Schaden von 245 € in Rechnung gestellt – bei mir angeblich wegen Vorhängen. Das ist ganz offensichtlich ein System, bei dem es nur darum geht, Geld aus der Kaution herauszuholen. Erst nach langer Diskussion habe ich mein Geld zurückbekommen. Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht, wie diese Agentur so viele gute Bewertungen haben kann. Das finde ich fragwürdig. Fazit: Unseriös und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
