Negative Erfahrung: Sehr schlechte Agentur, wurde bei der Vermietung und Rückgabe überrumpelt. Schäden des Mieters wurden im Übergabeprotokoll nicht aufgenommen. Die Agentur ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Wir möchten allgemein betonen, dass wir in solchen Fällen stets versuchen, beide Seiten – Mieter und Vermieter – so fair und neutral wie möglich zu begleiten. Gerade bei der Wohnungsrückgabe leisten wir oft unentgeltlich Unterstützung, obwohl dieser Aufwand üblicherweise separat berechnet wird.
Grundsätzlich unterstützen wir beide Parteien bei der Rückgabe neutral und mit dem Ziel, faire Lösungen zu ermöglichen. In diesem Fall waren bei der Wohnungsabnahme alle Parteien anwesend, und das Protokoll wurde von Ihnen unterzeichnet. Im Nachgang kam es zwischen Ihnen und dem Mieter dennoch zu Diskussionen, die letztlich in einer beidseitigen Einigung über eine faire Abgeltung mündeten.
Wir bedauern, dass Sie den Ablauf als unzufriedenstellend empfunden haben, und wünschen Ihnen alles Gute für die Zukunft alles Gute.

Fantastische Erfahrung: ENG: I am delighted of the service i have received as landlord and I would definitely recommend to select Homecompany Frankfurt for the following reasons: 1) the personnel has been proactive and rapid in solving issues (internal furniture replacement, advice, etc.), going beyond what i would have expected in terms of commitment ; 2) the time to finding a tenant has been short - less than 20 days - maintaining the expected/agreed rental fee; 3) the teams is responsive to the query posed. 4) fees are in line with the market. ITA: Sono molto contento del servizio che sto ricevendo come proprietario dell'appartamento. Consiglio vivamente di lavorare con Homecompany Frankfurt. Negative Erfahrung: I can't tell if the other reviews here - which I unfortunately relied on to contact this agency - are true or false. I can only say that I went to visit an apartment on Friday afternoon and told the lady showing it (Frau Brown) that I would like to take it. I sent an email the next day with some of the required documentation, only to hear, back on Monday, that the apartment had been already taken! The lady had not even informed me of the presence of other interested parties. Apparently these people have never heard of what a "verbal agreement" means. A big waste of time and a professional code of conduct that, in the US, we are not used to but, in Germany, seems quite widespread. If you are looking for an apartment I recommend contacting private advertisers because agencies, at least in Frankfurt, have little transparency and treat clients without the respect and clarity due in business. I understand that they have a lot of requests, but that doesn't justify these behaviors. Commercial seriousness would like that, when a verbal agreement is made, it should also apply, but here they are used otherwise. Be careful with this agency or you will unnecessarily waste time and energy.
In order to bring a bit of transparency and understanding to this matter, we would like to explain that it is not in our hands if a landlord decides differently at short notice. As long as no lease has been signed by the landlord everything can still change. We forwarded your documents immediately when we received them. Unfortunately another person was faster than you. As soon as we have got the answer from the landlady about her final decision, we informed you and we offered to send you further, suitable offers in order to create a win-win situation for both of us.
The landlords often advertise their apartments privately as well, she found a tenant on her own private advertising. The landlords were also badly hit by Corona and the lock down and the apartments were often empty for months. This is one of the reasons why the landlords were also trying to find tenants privately. That’s the current situation in Frankfurt. We understand your frustration, but there was no lack of communication or transparency on our part, you were just a bit too late.

After a 4-month stay in an apartment book via this company, I would say: - The apartment was on the ground floor and extremely noisy. - When I left the apartment landlord charged 160 euro for cleaning! while I had already done cleaning! Only bed sheets needed washing! Overall, the initial experience was great but it faded away over the time that I lived in the apartment. I personally won't use this anymore.

Negative Erfahrung: No room if you are on job seeker visa. As they need job contract otherwise sorry. As it happened with me and this answer was quite strange but not only Home company all other Immobilien companies asked for same requirement. Hope they will amend their renting required documents. Otherwise job seekers like me have no need to find room on this type service providers.
