Negative Erfahrung: Mitarbeiter sind leider zu Inkompetent um vernünftig zu kommunizieren und Fragen richtig zu verstehen / zu beantworten. Diese Inkompetenz hat mich dermaßen abgeschreckt, dass ich direkt auf die Besichtigung verzichtet habe. Und das in BERLIN. Die Dame die mich bedient hat war einfach nur eine Tortur für meine Gehirnzellen. Nachtrag zu ihrem Kommentar: Ich habe nie eine Besichtigung per Webcam angefragt, man war leider zu inkompetent um weder richtig mit mir zu kommunizieren noch meine Fragen zu verstehen und zu beantworten, sodass ich die Besichtigung abgelehnt habe, denn sie hat mich noch provoziert. Der Kommentar von Orbis Apartments ist purer Bullshit. Ich würde lieber unter der Brücke leben als eine Wohnung über Orbis Apartments zu beziehen und rate jedem anderen der nach Berlin kommt ebenso.

Negative Erfahrung: Wie bei einigen Anderen auch, antwortet man mir nicht mehr, nachdem ich mich darauf eingelassen habe anstatt einer Stornierung wegen Corona, einen Gutschein zu akzeptieren. Versuche seit 2 Monaten Kontakt herzustellen. Jetzt gibt es auch die Mailadresse des Mitarbeiters, welcher mir damals noch geantwortet hat, nicht mehr. Anrufe gehen ins Leere. Negative Erfahrung: I currently rent a room owned by Orbis. Before I payed the deposit they where answering my emails within 5 min. Since I payed I’ve got no more answers. I have been waiting for answers for over a month and nothing. We are 4 adults shearing a flat in which we have to shower with the door open cause the steam extractor is broken (I been reporting this since I moved in), the pipe of the kitchen sink fell down flooding the kitchen (I sent an email with pics one month before this happened, and another one to remind, and then another one when this happened… no answer), the light in the hallway is set up in a way that doesn’t work and the Orbis employee they sent told me “you have to live with it”. One of the housemates is moving out and he still doesn’t receive an answer on his emails.

Negative Erfahrung: Orbis Apartments lacks in communication. I have rented a property from them and there is no point of contact that responds to emails or phone calls. They just send threatening messages like "We have a new booking request for this apartment. Respond in 2 days or we will give it to another person", while ignoring all the messages that I as tenant send to them.

Negative Erfahrung: Das vermiete Apartment am Potsdamer Platz ist von der Lage gut. Es war Erstbezug nach Fertigstellung. Internet funktionierte noch nicht, mit einer von mir vorgeschlagenen Mietkürzung war Orbis einverstanden. Ausstattung vollständig, jedoch in vielen Punkten verbesserungswürdig: - Wohnung zur Übergabe schmutzig (Handwerker liefen noch mit Schuhen zum Übergabezeitpunkt durch die Wohnung) - Dunstabzugshaube Küche defekt und stark verschmutzt - zu wenig Licht im Bad (Rasieren unmöglich) - kleiner Fernseher mit sehr schlechtem Empfang - Gardinen nicht gekürzt (mag manche ja nicht stören) - ansonsten die günstigste Ausstattung, die man bei Ikea kaufen kann - Matratze des Bettes sehr dünn, so dass ich eine zweite Matratze auf eigene Kosten darüber gelegt habe und nach Auszug wieder mitgenommen habe - Kleiderschrank viel zu klein, zusätzlich von mir besorgter Schränke durften in der Wohnung kostenfrei verbleiben Besichtigung vor Anmietung empfiehlt sich. Auszug der Wohnung musste zum 14. des Monats erfolgen, abgerechnet wurde allerdings der 15., mit der Begründung das man nur halbe Monate berechnen könne.

Negative Erfahrung: Hi All Orbis is one of the worst at their customer service. While renting an apartment they will talk to you very politely and after renting the apartment no one will respond. I moved out from Orbis in the month of February and yet I didn't received any kind of deposit. They said it will take 8 weeks to give my deposit back but till now I didn't received a penny. I try to call them and wrote millions of emails but none of them were responded. I strongly suggest, not to rent an apartment from Orbis.

I have taken internal transfer among different Orbis apartments itself, and trust me the transition had been smooth. All my concerns were also taken care whenever I quoted them over email. Fantastische Erfahrung: Volle Sterne-Zahl (5*+) aus Überzeugung! Über einen längeren Zeitraum genoss ich die Möglichkeit ein Studio von ca.50m2 in Berlin-Tiergarten am Potsdamer Platz zu bewohnen und hatte immer das Vergnügen mit einem sehr professionellen und freundlichen Team des Orbis Apartments zusammenzuarbeiten. Mit der vollen Sterne-Zahl von 5*+ möchte ich mich gern bei dem gesamten Orbis Apartments Team für einen sehr professionellen, vertrauensvollen und entgegenkommenden Support über mehrere Monate bedanken, den ich sehr wertschätze. Negative Erfahrung: Sie bekommen zwei Sterne, weil ich mir vorstellen kann, dass nicht alle Arbeiter_innen bei Ihnen auf einer menschlichen Ebene höchst fragwürdig handeln und weil Ihr Problem hauptsächlich ein strukturelles Problem ist: Eine effiziente Durchsetzung eines austerbenden, seelenlosen Mindsets. „Willkommen in unserer Welt“, sagte mir einer Euer Mitarbeiter in meinen letzten Telefonat. - Ich wohnte mehr als zwei Jahre in einer WG, wo ein Zimmer einfach leer steht. Ab März 2021 werden drei Zimmer leer stehen. Nebenan steht eine renovierte Wohnung seit Monaten leer. - Als unsere Herdplatte kaputt ging, hatten sie zwei Monate gedauert, um sie zu wechseln. Warum zwei Monate? Weil wir es selbst gemacht haben, auf eigene Kosten, sonst hätte es wahrscheinlich länger gedauert. - Wir haben nur ein Briefkastenschlüssel mit dem wir rumjonglieren müssen, genau so wie Orbis und Co. mit den Leben von Familien im Immobilienmarkt rumjonglieren. - Ständig wurde uns daran erinnert, dass sie uns raushaben wollten. Sie versuchten uns mehrmals für einen Witzpreis auszukaufen und terrorisierten uns durch Wohnungsbesichtigung für neue mögliche Eigentümer_innen (von Accentro verwaltet, auch so ne Nummer...). - Das hochnässige, paternalistische Verhalten vom Herrn Wichelmann war auch eine spannende Erfahrung. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass etwas Gutes in ihm steckt, aber sein Herz schlägt nicht für das Leben, sondern für die Sachen: das Geld, das Gewinn... auf Kosten der Familien, die Arbeiter_innen, die Student_innen, die Ausländer_innen, die eine Wohnung brauchen, wo sie leben können. Jetzt habe ich eine gut ausgestattete Einzelwohnung mit einem unbefristeten Hauptmietvertrag in einer guten Zone für nur 320€ am Monat bekommen. Unmöglich? Tja, anscheinend nicht, anscheinend ist sowas doch möglich. Ein Zeichen für ihr schlecht eingesetztes Potential kam ins Licht, als sie mir die Kündigung und die Mietschuldenstatusbescheinigung am selben Tag schickten, als ich sie bestellt hatte. Passt auf Leute, die Welt steht in Flammen... und die Menschen sind auf der Suche von Schafsköpfe. Macht es uns nicht so leicht.

Negative Erfahrung: Laut Tagesspiegel (einfach mal Firmennamen + Tagesspiegel googeln) handelt es sich wohl um eine gierige Vermieterfirma, die sich einen Dreck um die Mietpreisbremse schert und nur nach größtmöglichem Profit geiert. Dazu werden laut dem Artikel Immobilien über sogenannte share deals erworben, wodurch auch noch die gesetzliche Grunderwerbsteuer umgangen wird. Lieber wo anders mieten.

Positive Erfahrung: Good: An amazing solution for temporary accommodation from 3 to 6 months. the price is a little high but it is a good value for the money. - We received the apartment in great condition and the handover process was smooth. - It is written in the contract that the deposit will be return in 2 months however they return it in less than one month - The staff is friendly and understand family situations Bad: - Sometimes the communication not good, However, they do their best effort to solve your issue I highly recommend the Orbis Apartments to the newcomer in Berlin, However, Don't forget it is temporary accommodation

Fantastische Erfahrung: Good support during my stay in one of the orbis's property at Grunberger str. Apartments is really clean and neat and also big area to live. All kitchen accessories provided. Overall I have good experience with orbis. Thank you Orbis.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I rented from Orbis for about 18 months and my experience was a pleasant one. The flat I rented met my needs and I was able to extend my lease multiple times with ease. Check in and check out was easy. For mid term stays in Berlin I would definitely recommend. Staff spoke very good English which was extremely helpful. The flats are pricy but are all inclusive which was nice.

Over our stay of 6 months, whenever we had minor house maintenance issues (ie. light bulb needed to be changed), Orbis sent us a technician within a day or two. 100% recommend for people who are new to the city and looking to get settled.

Negative Erfahrung: Just got out from one of the apartments. There were several issues. Two weeks before the check out bathroom tap stopped working. Wrote to the contact persons several times, but got no response.

Positive Erfahrung: The check in process was not very nice, the person were late and we ended up traveling to Kreuzberg with heavy suitcases, to get the keys. There were no information list on how to use amenities, especially WiFi, it took us a few days to find out, that WiFi was named "patbox" and not as they instructed. The apartment itself is nice, small, but nice and renovated. But the photos were definitely better.

Negative Erfahrung: This company is such a looter and cheapster, if there is happened something in her apartments then there is no rule to return back tenant's kaution. Normally if there comes a problem then company is responsible to solve it but this company will send a indicator/person to bother the tenants and will do nothing, just will cut maximum amount of money from tenant's kaution at the end. Not at the end, after 2 months.

Positive Erfahrung: I rented an apartment for 6 months via Orbis Apartments. The apartment itself was decent, but the trouble started once I checked-out. I came at Orbis Apartments via Wunderflats when I was looking for a furnished apartment. Onboarding was quite smooth. I paid a 1.500 euro deposit, got the keys, and moved in the apartment (which was like described). After six months it was time for the check-out (and get my deposit back). During the check-out a representative of Orbis Apartments came to check the apartment. The employee couldn't see or smell see anything wrong, so she signed the Wohnungsübergabeprotokoll (protocol for transferal of apartment), which normally means the full 1.500 euro deposit would be returned to me. The final chapter of a so far so good experience right? Nope, it turned out to be a situation which made me feel I got scammed. After 2 months I still didn't receive my deposit. So I called Orbis Apartments multiple times. After 6 weeks delay I finally received a part of my deposit, but not the total sum. Turned out Orbis Apartments detracted 5 hours of additional cleaning fee for 'smoke smell'. Total costs: 150 euro's. As stated before: During the check-out a representative of Orbis Apartments checked the apartment and did not address any damages or other issues with the apartment as documented in the signed Wohnungsübergabeprotokoll. Any concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment, and in particular a strong smell should have been noticed by the representative at the time of the handover and documented properly in the Wohnungsübergabeprotokoll. Not by a third party cleaning company who simply profits out of cleaning. This means me (a non-smoker) + employee Orbis apartments didn't smell anything (which makes sense, because there was no smell), but a third party cleaning company - who makes a living out of... cleaning - did. That sounds like easy money: you don't have to proof anything and just charge the tenant. So far Orbis Apartments didn't respond to any of my messages or calls and it feels like they held me accountable for any damages arising to the apartment after the time of the handover by other people with access to the apartment. I would definitely be more positive if Orbis Apartments responded adequately and returned the full deposit. If you're looking for an apartment in Berlin, search for an alternative. UPDATE 01/2020: After some back and forth I received the rest of the deposit, so I am happy I can close this chapter.

Negative Erfahrung: Absolutely worst property managers. Put me in an apartment through Wunderflats on a Friday with no internet, told me nothing they would do for a couple of days. On Saturday the toilet broke, took me a week to get out of my contract. Could go on days for details of bad customer service. Just don't do it! A lot of recent really positive reviews which seem suspicious (Update: Responding to google reviews apologizing months after the fact but doing nothing in the moment when people actually have issues (zero responsiveness) is just pitiful and inexcusable. Avoid! Wunderflats is actually quality and the ones that hustled to get me out of the situation or I would have been doubly screwed).

Negative Erfahrung: Anbei sind eine Auswahl der zahlreichen Mängel. Unter anderem waren Waschmaschine, Fernseher sowie diverse Steckdosen defekt. Außerdem waren drei (!!!) Fenster defekt und konnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden, so dass es nachts kalt war.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I rented an apartment from Orbis temporarily while seeking my long-term apartment. It was a gorgeous apartment, and Bettina was responsive whenever I had an issue. I extended from 2 months to 4 months and was actually sad to leave when I found a permanent place! I'd recommend Orbis to other people settling into Berlin.

Negative Erfahrung: The customer service never ever replied to any message that I sent, so I felt that it was better to speak to the walls... It seems as a severe carelessness! Particularly, I never received my "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung" document, although it was promised in the rental contract and after I was asking for it several times without receiving any response.

Negative Erfahrung: Hyper bien situé, mais notre chambre est enfermé par un échafaudage, et nous sommes en face du musée où il diffuse jusqu à minuit une vidéo en trois D( magnifique) mais hyper bruyant en plus de la route. La ventilation de la salle de bain fait un bruit de marteau piqueur. La buanderie a le néon cassé, donc pas de lumière. Les installations machine à laver sont sales, la sécheuse encore pire, il faut tout Nett sinon veut utiliser

Fantastische Erfahrung: I had a great experience staying at their apartment at Birkenstr for 3 months. Its a pretty nice Berliner apartment in an altebau (old building) with nice high ceiling height and open space. The apartment was well furnished with nice furniture and decoration. It's also very conveniently located near U-Turmstr and Birkenstr. I also faced a couple of issue regarding ceiling and refrigerator but the support of Orbis was excellent and prompt. Finally moving out the apartment was easy too and the guy who visited for apartment inspection during moving out was simply awesome! I would highly recommend the place without hesitation.

Positive Erfahrung: Early in my stay there were several issues that needed to be resolved. Fortunately this was achieved quite promptly and I found the support team to be pleasant and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and In a great location that suited me perfectly. I have ended up staying here for 14 months. A big thank you to the support team!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I lived in apartment from Orbis for more than 2 months and everything was ok. They changed some broken things very fast like in day or so. So I would say their service is good for the price. Thanks for Frau Kramer for fast replies in mail.

Fantastische Erfahrung: My experience with Orbis has been really good since the beginning. They have been very attentive, even when the initial apartment I had booked became unavailable, they went beyond to help me find a new one and it was even better than the original one. They are pet friendly, they never had issues with my dog, and they are very responsive when it comes to issues (solved a bad WiFi connection super neatly in 24 hours). Overall, happy and recommended.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I can say only positive things about my experience with Orbis Apartments because we were able to find remotely without viewing it. And the flat was clean, with new towels and linens. Also, they allowed us to move into the apartment with our fluffy cat. The only minor problem that faced it that key from the mailbox wasn't provided during check-in, but the facility manager brought it in a week.

Negative Erfahrung: They say the return the deposit up to 8 weeks after check out but it’s the 9th week that passed after we checked out and they did not return the money yet. Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible service and they keep on using tenants money even for 2+ months after check out. Do not recommend to anyone to book via Orbis. Fantastische Erfahrung: Die Wohnung (typisch Altbau) in Kreuzberg war zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in der Lage gibt es wohl nichts moderneres. Dafür ist das Wohnen am Boxhagener Platz natürlich super. Die Auszahlung der Kaution könnte etwas schneller sein, aber es steht ja auch im Vertrag, dass es 8 Wochen braucht. War schön.

Fantastische Erfahrung: So far only good experience. The apartment is very nice, and they also let us with our cat (which was a huge problem for us to find a place with our pet). They're very responsive and really are helping with anything you might need. We even extended our contract.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Als ich beruflich bedingt nach Berlin gezogen bin, mietete ich übergangsweise eine Wohnung von Orbis im Prenzlauer Berg. Mittlerweile wohne ich seit einigen Monaten dort. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man so braucht. Man sieht hier und da einige Gebrauchsspuren, was bei einer Wohnung, bei der es so häufig einen Mieterwechsel gibt, aber auch nicht ganz zu vermeiden ist.

Keine Rückmeldungen zu Mängel, kurzfristige Absagen von Terminen und sehr unfreundliches Personal und Chefetage. Vermietungen der Wohnungen zu exorbitanten Preisen! Unbegründete Mieterhöhungen und fehlende Kompetenz, sich um die MieterInnen zu kümmern. Sucht euch lieber woanders eine Wohnung, in der ihr dann aber auch glücklich werdet als hier. Hier arbeiten sie für ihr Profit und nicht für die Bedürfnisse der Anwohner! CRIMINAL ACTIONS! Orbis Apartments is the worst landlord I have ever met. No replies to shortcomings in the apartment, cancellation of appointments, very unprofessional and unfriendly staff and bosses. Renting out apartments for exorbitantly high fees! Unexplained rent increases and lack of competence to take care of the tenants. Seek an apartment somewhere else in which you'll be happy rather than here.They work for nothing but their profit and not for the needs of the residents!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I rent an apartment from Orbis just after a week when I moved to Berlin. They're so friendly and helpful. They told me all about the German laws and right as a rental. I signed 6 months contract and than extend it one more 6 month, just because of the good service.

Negative Erfahrung: This is by far the worst apartment service I have ever experienced. When I moved in the men who greeted me didn't even offered help with two huge suitcases that I had to carry up to the fourth floor myself, apt wasn't clean, internet didn't work and the sink in the kitchen was broken. I stayed there on month and two weeks after I moved in I received the email asking if I'd like to prolong the contract. I was given three days time to think and on the third day I contacted the person who got in touch with me saying yes. After few days I didn't hear from her and came back from business trip I find someone else's name on my door, I called her and she said that while she was ooo the apt was already rented to someone else. Meanwhile the name on the mailbox was also removed and I was waiting for important documents, I out it back but the keys were changed and for the whole last week I didn't have access to my post andthey couldn't solve the issue. On the day of check out they forgot about it and no one came so I called and they said to levaethe keys on the table. I asked to get the access to the mailbox and get my post bc I was waiting for smth important. Two weeks after and at least five emails and calls after I still haven't received neither my post nor my deposit not even a reply. I do not recommend this service to anyone, employees are highly unprofessional and communication is a mess.

Positive Erfahrung: I had a apartment with Orbis for about 6 months, I had the no issues and they fixed any problems quickly. And I got my deposit back hassle free. Dropped one star as there is no 24 hour contact that I was told about if there was an emergency at the flat

Negative Erfahrung: It is very hard to find a flat in Berlin, but if you have other possibilities, then take any other option as I believe no one could be less proficient than them. We moved in one of their flats in February, probably we have been unlucky, but we faced already an enourmous amount of issues. But what is worse, and also akward at one point, is their total lack of care towards tenants that regularly pay the rent. We sent a thousands of emails relating all the issues that we faced, and we had (useless) replies just 3 or 4 times: if you send emails to them, they are just ignoring you 95% of times. Then you try to call them, and incredibly the people you already spoke with are out of office, on holiday, on a meeting. The only way left is to go there in person, and in this occasion they promise a lot, but still they don't act. And when they eventually act, they mess up everything, with timing and days, making you loose a lot of time. I don't understand how they can afford to behave this way towards their tenants. We have a contract for 2 years, but in only 4 months they made us regret our decision. As I said at the beginning: think twice if you want to take an apartment from Orbis, and be aware of the fact that these are unprofessional careless people. If I could, I would give ZERO stars.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I stayed in one of their apartments for two months. The apartment was nice and exactly same as described. There was a minor issue with the water supply but the Orbis team resolved the issue quickly. While checking in and checking out, the hand over was done professionally. It took little more than 2 months to be the deposit refund but I would not complain about that. Overall a great experience.

Negative Erfahrung: I know it is really hard to find an apartment in Berlin, but wait, think again and RUN AWAY if you find one of Orbis Apartments. I made a mistake and have to stay two long months at Grünberger str 11. Building was under construction, they don't know about it. There were broken furnitures, etc, etc... I don't want to waste my time for them with writing all the things I face. But, give me my deposit back. My lawyer suggested me to sue them. I think I will.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at an apartment. - Apartment was extremely moldy in every room, even 1 month stay caused me coughs and sickness. - The heater was not working in the bedroom. We had to sleep in a very cold room in the winter in January. - When I requested repairs for the heater, they 'responded' me 3 weeks later and it was still not fixed after I left the flat. - They do not pay the deposits back in time, I had to wait around 2 months. They just have pretty photos of the flats, but reality is the opposite. Avoid, do not use!

Negative Erfahrung: If possible I would give them no stars. My partner and I stayed for three months in one of their apartments. We theoretically rented the place with the possibility of extension, when we contacted them to actually extend it, they had already rented it to somebody else. They completely left us hanging, with no answer, and no one took any responsibility. On top of all of this, the apartment was completely dirty, the first weeks we had handymen coming in all the time to fix some stuff. Also, our agent was almost impossible to reach on the phone. It wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy.

Negative Erfahrung: Katastrophaler Service und schlechter Zustand der Wohnung für viel zu viel Geld. Wifi arbeitet nicht. GEZ muss extra bezahlt werden. Darauf wird vorher nicht hingewiesen. Abgewohnte Ikea Möbel und Diskussionen bei Rückzahlung der Kaution. Nie wieder wird die Firam für usnere Mitarbeiter genutzt !

Negative Erfahrung: I would give no stars if I could. Don't use them! After 2 months I still have not received my deposit back. After enquiry they just casually said that they may keep the deposit for 6 months. The apartment was given back in a perfect state and signed off as such. I know that quite a few others had the same experience. Don't use them!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Absolutely recommended! Transparency all the time was really the key. Good and kind communication too. They gave us the apartment in great conditions, had quick responses in cases of issues, even improved the apartment when it was needed.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Every two weeks I am in Berlin and stay in one of the Orbis Apartments. I really much enjoy the spacious room which feel more like a home rather than just a temporary room. Everytime I feel like really getting a lot for my money. The team is really friendly. Especially Daniel who is always available for help if any problem arises. As the apartments are distributed all over Berlin, I understand that I cannot expect the same service as in a hotel. I do not look for a hotel experience but for an apartment which helps me to feel at home- even though I am on a business trip. Very much recommended!

Negative Erfahrung: I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Worst service ever. They've handed me the apartment VERY dirty and after my departure they charged me an extra cleaning fee(they told me on the check-out everything was fine) that was not even stated on the contract. We stayed one month without internet and with a broken blind.

Positive Erfahrung: Nice selection with higher prices. You get what you pay for and although my apartment was a little more expensive than I wanted to pay, it ended up being in a great location with everything I could ask for. If you're doing short-term leasing in Berlin (and looking at furnished places), I would recommend Orbis. If they could speed up and simplify the money/rent process, it would be perfect!

Offenbar ist diese Firma nicht nur in ihrer Kernaufgabe aktiv: Der WDR folgte in “Das System Airbnb“ in Berlin einer gewissen “MARIE”, die ganze 30 Wohnungen anbietet und damit dem Wohnungsmarkt entzieht. Wie sich herausstellte, verbirgt sich hinter besagter “Marie” der Immobilienverwalter Orbis... Wundert’s jemanden?

Negative Erfahrung: Furchtbar! Apartment für die Firma eines Bekannten gebucht, die Mitarbeiter sitzen seit knapp 2 Monate ohne funktionierenden Herd und Waschmaschine da. Die Toilettenspülung hatte soviel Überdruck, dass auch die Toilette kaum zu benutzen ist. Auf den Vorschlag zu Güte die Wohnung zu wechseln kam die Antwort von Orbis: Die Mängel sind nicht von Ihnen sondern vom Hausbesitzer zu verantworten und "die Bereinigung wäre schon in Auftrag gegeben" - also Nein. Achso - aber Vertrag hat man doch mit Orbis oder?

Negative Erfahrung: Ich kann nur von der Firma abraten. Ich hatte folgende Mängel in meiner Wohnung: Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, die Dunstabzugshaube funktionierte nicht; die Arbeitsplatte war nicht versiegelt und zog Wasser; die Pfannen funktionierten auf dem Induktionsherd nicht; die Duschkabine war nicht dicht; Mitarbeiter waren unangekündigt in der Wohnung und haben Dreck hinterlassen – keiner dieser Mängel wurde behoben. Ich war froh, als ich raus war. Schlechter Service + simpelste Ausstattung + hoher Preis = Orbis

I have never seen such unprofessional service from a property agency - I was told that there was an overlap and they have given the flat to someone else days after I had received a signed contract and had my flights arranged already. Even worse - I had to chase them up to get the information. On the top of that - I was told that they cannot find me a replacement so I had to look for a flat myself

Negative Erfahrung: We were put in the wrong apartment to start. The studio was filthy on arrival and has mold on the walls. We're on an active construction site. They start drilling into the walls sometimes as early as 7.30 and the whole place shakes. They won't respond to your emails and they're impossible to get a hold of over the phone. Also, one of their 5 star reviews on Google Reviews is by their own employee. This company is a scam and it's disgraceful what they put people through and how much money they charge to live in a filthy studio on a construction site. They breached our contract multiple times and have neglected to take any responsibility for their false claims. AVOID at all costs!
