Negative Erfahrung: Terrible. Saw an add for a house for sale and called the company on a Sunday knowing full and well they were closed and left a voicemail letting them know I was interested in viewing the property etc. A young woman called me back a few hours later asking why I called and especially on a Sunday as it was the day of the lord and I should not call on Sunday's in Germany. I explained that I just wanted to leave a message and was aware that they were closed. Very rude on the phone and actually never called me back about the house. I ended up purchasing from another company and definitely would NOT recommend.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Let’s be honest, international moves are stressful. The team at Immobilien Hauf managed the details, so I could focus on the task at hand. Regardless of status (PCS, TDY, etc.) they understand the complexity of military customers. Their staff speaks English, they’re well versed in per diem lodging rates and VAT forms. Nebi was always extremely professional and polite, communicating primarily via WhatsApp, super convenient. They have complimentary cars if you need one and reserved (covered) parking. The unit had laundry, Wi-Fi, and a fully furnished (small) kitchen. Location was 10 minutes from the Ramstein west gate. I spent three months staying with them, zero complaints, would happily give them my business again.

Fantastische Erfahrung: TLA Hauf is absolutely wonderful! Nebi was incredibly helpful and made extra accommodations for us, which made our PCS smoother than we ever thought it could be. The apartment itself was modern, extremely clean, and quiet. Moving with a dog that sometimes barks at loud noises, we try to avoid staying in apartments. We had no issues at all, as our apartment was basically soundproof. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and having a laundry room was a HUGE bonus. If that’s not enough, having an included car was so helpful for all our out-processing appointments. If you are looking for the perfect TLA stay, get that non-a letter, and look no further…this is the perfect spot.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Staying at Immobilien Hauf helped make our transition to Germany a pleasant one. Miguel was lovely to work with, he was super helpful, friendly, responsive, and always offered assistance. Jessica also helped with our initial move in and walked us through the home and made sure we knew the features of the home and how to use them (powered blinds, German washer/dryer, trash pick up schedule, etc). She was very thorough which I really appreciate. Just like staying at a hotel, there’s also cleaning service that comes every other week to clean the house. Overall we enjoyed our stay at one of Immobilien Hauf’s TLA homes. Shoutout to Miguel, thank you for being so welcoming, understanding of our situation, for always offering assistance, and for being flexible with us. Thank you.

Denis and Miquel helped us when we arrived at Ramstein with a TLA, the set up our long term rental which was a brand new Beautiful house and then provided our outgoing TLA. Both TLAs included a car and cleaning service. They called and checked on us multiple times. And anytime I needed anything they were quick to respond.

Negative Erfahrung: Der Kontakt mit besagtem Immobilienbüro war von Anfang an fragwürdig. Auf Fragen meinerseits wurde zunächst nicht eingegangen, daraufhin habe ich mich trotzdem einige Zeit später wieder gemeldet und einen Termin zur Besichtigung einer 3ZKB vereinbart. Nachdem wir 20 Minuten vor der Immobilie standen und sich nichts tat, haben wir versucht, jemanden zu erreichen. Leider ging das weder unter der Handynummer, die im Mailverkehr zu finden war, noch unter der offiziellen Telefonnummer des Maklerbüros. Im Internet sind wir dann auf eine Handynummer gestoßen, unter der wir endlich jemanden erreicht haben. Der Mann sagte uns dann erst einmal, dass die Kollegin krank ist und den Termin anscheinend nicht im Kalender eingetragen hat. Im weiteren Gesprächsverlauf hat sich dann jedoch außerdem herausgestellt, dass die 3ZKB, für die wir den Termin ausgemacht hatten, bereits anderweitig vergeben ist und nur noch eine 2ZKB frei ist, für die wir uns allerdings von Anfang an nicht interessiert haben. Mein Fazit: absolutes Chaos bei Immobilien Hauf und ein ärgerlicher Freitagnachmittag mit insgesamt 60min Fahrt für einen Termin mit einer nicht erschienenen Ansprechpartnerin und eine Wohnung, die bereits vergeben ist.

The apartments are modern and nice, and the included car is extremely helpful when you are moving and don’t have your own transportation yet. Everyone has been very kind, and Miguel went out of his way to help me when I needed to extend my stay longer. Nothing but good things to say, and way better than staying on base!

To put it simply the team at Immobilien Hauf excels in customer service, quality of accommodations, and value. We were fortunate to have Miguel as our agent, and he has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we could ever need. From supplying a rental car to breaking the process down from start to finish, the level of customer service we’ve received is 5 Star!!! The quality of the TLA we are in is amazing! Modern, sleek, and well thought out. My wife and I love to travel, and We tend to stay in the best hotels in whatever area we visit. I assure you will be beyond pleased with their accommodations. Plus, they have locations all around the Ramstein/Kaiserslautern area, which makes commuting to and from work a breeze. Let’s not forget about the loaner car that you will have access to while staying at one of their locations. Talk about simplifying the PCS process! Lastly, value. I know that many people, especially military personnel are concerned with prices because of the many loving piece that we have to deal with. I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to worry about any of that. I was sat down and had everything broken down by the day-by-day cost and how it would translate to my reimbursable amount. Now, let me say this…many people have this misconception that you need to stay on base unless you have a letter of non-availability. That’s simply not true. You can stay anywhere you’d like, but you will only be reimbursed the amount of government lodging at your location. I say that to say, don’t let a non-availability letter stop you. The team at Immobilien Hauf will absolutely work to make sure you’re taken care of! I hope this review has helped you understand how amazing this has been! Fantastische Erfahrung: We would like to express our gratitude to Immobilien Hauf for our wonderful lodging accommodations over the last two months. Miguel and Dennis took care of us from the moment we arrived at the airport. Our TLA in Siegelbach exceeded our expectations with spaciousness and modern comfort. Amenities included washer/dryer, high speed internet, flat screen TV’s, all kitchen appliances and bathroom essentials. In addition, we were provided a vehicle to help get us around locally until our personal car arrived. We enjoyed our walks to nearby parks and restaurants. Our experience with Immobilien Hauf has been nothing short of exceptional. Their generosity and guidance has alleviated a lot of stress that comes with moving into a new country especially being a family 5. Our only regret is having to leave our TLA!!!
