Ebenfalls positiv ist, daß während der Geschäftszeit immer sofort einer der Mitarbeiter telefonisch erreichbar ist und das bis abends 18:00 Uhr. Sie sind sogar dann noch freundlich, wenn man zum 3. Mal in der gleichen Sache anruft :-).
